RidgeGate Parks and Open Space Master Plan

As part of a 3,500-acre community, the RidgeGate Parks and Open Space Master Plan Phase One was established to coordinate future uses for parklands and open land systems. Design Workshop was retained to set forth a vision for the  protection and enhancement of these unique site amenities and to coordinate their future with the implementation of the development plan. Early in the project, opportunities were identified to preserve pristine landscapes, such as the dramatic bluffs offering unequaled recreational opportunities. The Master Plan includes design standards and guidelines for site planning, landscape and irrigation, trails, site lighting, site furnishings and play equipment long with conceptual  interpretive and wayfinding graphic systems.
