The Jackson Hole Ski Corporation owns a number of land parcels in Teton Village, at the base of Jackson Hole Ski Area. Design Workshop was retained to define the development options for these parcels, to complete a market study for potential land uses, and to create a development pro form a for each option. These options included bulk land sale, joint venture with a single development partner, master develop and sell parcels to multiple developers, and build and sell final products. The business plan was presented to the Jackson Hole Ski Corporation Board of Directors and used as a decision-making and evaluation tool.
