Business Development Manager

The principal responsibility of the Business Development Manager is managing and implementing the office’s sales efforts. These responsibilities include a leadership role in the planning, preparation and execution of all SOQ’s/proposals issued by the office. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing marketing efforts, assisting in developing and organizing support materials as well as identifying leads and preparing proposals and presentations for potential project work.  

 

Candidate should be organized, possess strong writing and editing skills, be deadline-oriented and possess the ability to manage projects and work well in a team environment.  Thorough knowledge of at least four of the following software programs is required, familiarity with all is preferred: InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Deltek.  A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field in addition to a minimum of 4 years previous experience preparing written and visual materials for promotional, educational or marketing purposes required.

This position is currently available in our Aspen, CO location.
