Office and Project Assistance
Professional with administrative experience to work directly with Principals, Project Managers and project teams to service clients, assist with business development and organize and manage the administrative functions of the office. This position will assist project teams with organizing materials for design proposals and projects. This position will also integrate firm-wide administrative processes into office operations. Successful candidates will possess strong organizational, written and oral communication skills. Successful candidates will also have knowledge of project management concepts and enjoy client and staff contact.
Candidates must be highly professional, organized, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and familiar with general office administration and equipment. Ideal candidates will be self starters with strong personal initiative, good judgement, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and an interest in advancing skills relating to a design service business. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required; working knowledge of financial/ accounting concepts, databases and graphics programs a plus. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of four years experience working in project or office administration.

Project Assistance
Professional with 4-7 years administrative experience to work directly with Principals, Project Managers and project teams to assist with project management. This position will develop and organize materials for design proposals and projects. Candidates must possess demonstrated ability to author and proof correspondence. Successful candidates will also have knowledge of project management concepts, strong communication skills and enjoy contact with clients and staff.
