Design and Planning professional with 8+ years experience. Individual must have strong skills in site design and planning; demonstrated ability in project management and construction observation, including experience in the permitting process; business development; demonstrated the successful management of projects from the conceptual design through the completion of construction documents; and proven experience producing drawings from schematics through CD’s. Self motivated with the ability and desire to work with contractors and lead others in the design and construction documentation process. Required degree: BLA from an accredited University program. MLA preferred. Licensed landscape architect strongly preferred.

Design and Planning professional with 12+ years experience to provide project, business development and professional leadership. Ideal candidates will possess strong design and leadership skills, a working knowledge of the planning process, proven experience with construction documentation, an interest or experience working with resort projects and the ability to train and develop less-experienced staff. This position is on a Principal track. Candidates must possess the required attributes to succeed in this leadership position. Requirements include: Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or Architecture degree with significant experience in complex projects; registered LA, Architect or Planner with reciprocity privileges and applicable master’s degree or MBA desirable.
