Lodestone Golf ClubMcHenry, MarylandRanked 6th in the World on Golfweek's Best New Courses list Design Workshop Golf Architecture teamed up with Hale Irwin Golf Design to create the Lodestone Golf Club in McHenry, Maryland. Sited on top of Marsh Mountain in the Appalachians, this rugged course stretches out across nearly 1,000 acres, exploring the mountainous terrain. The views are remarkable and appear often. A series of rock outcroppings extend throughout the site and the golf course takes full advantage of them. The seventeenth green sits directly on top of one of the most prominent rock faces and creates a daunting tee shot. |
