Principals

Mark Feldmann has been a valuable member of the Design Workshop management team for more than 12 years as the company's Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the management team, his primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions and working with the firm's shareholders in setting the strategic financial direction of the firm. Feldmann’s responsibilities also include handling many of the corporate and office operational aspects of the company. Feldmann became a certified public accountant after earning a degree from Colorado State University in business administration with an accounting concentration.

Stephanie Grigsby received her Masters of Landscape Architecture from Utah State University and has been practicing landscape architecture in California and Nevada since 2000. As a certified planner she addresses both large, complex projects as well as detailed design. Applying her organization skills and attention to detail, she employs a comprehensive approach that is scalable to meet individual project needs. Most importantly, she is able to synthesize a broad range of information and develop an approach and solution that can be easily understood and implemented while also achieving innovative results.

Eliot Hoyt has served as a real estate research market analyst and project manager in the Denver office since March 2004, and brings many perspectives to bear on every new project with his project management skills, abilities as an interpreter of complex content, and sales experience as a commercial art gallery director in New York City. Eliot has a B.A. from Harvard University, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Steve Noll has been practicing landscape architecture since graduating from California Polytechnical San Luis Obispo, California in 1983. As Principal of the Tahoe office, Steve has been fortunate to be involved with several land planning and site design projects that have reshaped and helped define the surrounding communities. In addition, he is involved with many community-based organizations where he provides guidance in areas of mixed-use planning, recreation and design planning, multi-family, affordable housing, and resort design.

Steven Spears has over a decade of professional experience throughout the United States, Australia and New Zealand as a landscape architect and urban designer. Steven's passion for infusing art into his project work led him to pursue a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Texas, Austin.  Steven is currently managing projects and pursuing business development opportunities from Austin, Texas.
